Vortex™ is a unique blend of polyurethane (flexibility) and polyurea (durability) and is usually applied 1/8" to 1/4" thick, and up to 18" thick. They are 100% solids and contain no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and no CFC (chlorofluorocarbons). These coatings have been specially formulated to withstand the rigors of residential, commercial and industrial applications.

They have been tested in the harshest environments and withstand exposures to chemical acids and petroleum products. They are approved for the marine, agricultural and food service industries.

Vortex™ is applied by using the patented whisper jet technology which gives 98% material transfer efficiency resulting in little or no overspray. The material dries in 8-10 seconds which allows multiple coats to be applied instantly to achieve the desired thickness.
