What Separates KNH Industrial Coatings from ALL other coating systems?

1. KNH Industrial Coatings is the only company that applies a 2 part resin activator supersealer ™ to all surfaces to be coated. The Supersealer™ is an exclusive patented product only offered to Vortex™ dealers. It is also designed to be an outstanding bonding agent for final applied coatings.

Most other companies apply a quick drying primer or nothing at all which is not favorable for long term coating results.

Here is how the Supersealer™ works. Once the floor or other surface has been properly prepped the 2 part resin sealer is mixed and applied with a roller and brush. This will slowly soak in and penetrate wood or concrete. As the Supersealer™ begins to cure by its thermal conducting process it will expand into the pores of the surface giving it a strong chemical and mechanical bond. Its properties also allow it to bond to metal, rubber, fiberglass and even ceramic tile.

After the Supersealer™ has fully cured, the surface is ready for the finished coatings. Although applying the supersealer™ adds a bit more "job time" because of the slow curing penetration process the eventual results and longevity of the finished product will be unmatched. The biggest challenge for any coating company is to sell "long term" success and durability. Every floor or surface will look great immediately after the job is completed, even if inferior products were used. The Supersealer™ ensures long term success.

2. KNH Industrial coatings offers the Vortex™ seamless spray on industrial high impact liner system. This coating is usually applied 1/8" to 1/4" thick and up to 18" thick and is 100% waterproof. No other coating company can offer this type of protection. We use this product on decorative roof decks, creating a solid flooring surface to waterproof the area below, in certain garage floor situations where the surface is so deteriorated or the need for outstanding impact protection is desired.

Customers who really abuse the surface would be recommended the Vortex™ liner system. The liner also would hide all future cracks that develop up to 3/8"wide. Vortex™ is also great for pool patios, basements, deck boards, front porches, walkways, trailers, truck beds, or any other surface that needs outstanding protection. Because of the 2 part epoxy brittle characteristics any impact would result in visible chips and divots throughout the surface along with the concrete.

3. KNH Industrial coatings has specialized equipment for applying the rolled on Granitex™ aliphatic urethane for larger square foot areas. This system stores the resin and activator separately in two large tanks and heats the material to a high temperature which is then fed through a static mixing tube by "on demand" pulse pump technology. This takes away the need to mix one can at a time therefore eliminating the worries about the product chemically reacting faster than it can be applied, resulting in an uneven finish.

Our system can roll out a seamless heated freshly mixed product know matter how large the surface is to be coated. It has a superior penetrating bond which will look beautiful for years.
